[Remote] People Operations Specialist at Panopto

The People Operations Specialist will manage the day-to-day administration of core HR systems, processes, and programs, including owning onboarding and offboarding processes, leading new hire orientation, and coordinating People change management activities. They will serve as the primary system administrator for HRIS and payroll platforms, ensuring data integrity through regular audits and reporting, and supporting position management and headcount tracking. Responsibilities also include owning compensation benchmarking research, assisting with compensation cycles and benefits enrollment, partnering with brokers and vendors, maintaining compliant employment records, processing employment verifications, and supporting visa/work authorization tracking. Additionally, the specialist will support engagement surveys, manager feedback cycles, training programs, and partner on special projects to advance efficiency, compliance, and People experience, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve people self-service.
