The Employee Relations Specialist will serve as a resource for teammates, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions, while also conducting intake conversations and documenting issues. They will support investigations into workplace complaints, maintain confidential case documentation, and partner with leadership to foster a collaborative environment. The role also involves assisting in training development and delivery, monitoring relations trends, participating in feedback mechanisms, and contributing to policy development.
