The HRIS Manager will lead and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts, oversee the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning modules, and act as a liaison between business units and the HRIS team. Responsibilities include managing HRIS projects, driving process improvements, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and fostering innovation within the team.
