Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 8 years of broad HR experience in complex or high-growth environments. Proven ability to connect business goals to people strategies that drive results is essential, along with expertise in performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning. Strong influencing and coaching skills, especially with executives, are required, as is sound judgment and discretion in sensitive matters. An analytical mindset with experience using data and AI-enabled tools to guide decisions, clear and concise communication skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office are also necessary. Familiarity with HR systems like UKG, Greenhouse, Lattice, or Culture Amp is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will build trusted relationships with executives and managers, ensuring People Experience (PX) strategy aligns with business outcomes. This role involves leading quarterly business reviews, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies, and guiding managers through performance management, OKR setting, and development planning. Responsibilities also include using data, metrics, and AI-enabled insights to identify trends and influence leadership action, navigating employee relations with discretion, and designing and delivering initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and leadership capability. The position requires collaboration with the broader PX team to align people programs and processes with business priorities.
