Requirements

The ideal candidate wants broad exposure across HR, ops, and employee experience, and loves solving problems, supporting people, and building great internal systems from the ground up. Experience with HR operations, compensation and benchmarking, people development, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, HR systems (Justwork, Remote.com), immigration workflows, and employer branding is required.

Responsibilities

The People Operations Generalist will own and support a wide range of People Ops initiatives, including compensation and equity benchmarking, supporting annual compensation planning, and bonus allocation. They will also support performance review cycles, leveling guides, and OKR setup and review. Additionally, they will coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding experiences, manage full-cycle recruiting, own and maintain internal people systems, partner with external counsel to manage immigration workflows, collaborate with marketing to amplify employer brand, and respond to employee operational inquiries.
