Deep expertise in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Time, data governance, and integrations is required. Experience in Workday business process mapping, system design, documentation, and stakeholder alignment is necessary, as is proficiency in configuring Workday modules, managing security roles, and supporting audits and compliance. Experience with Workday integration tools like EIB, Studio, and APIs, along with excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and training skills, is essential. The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage projects, and deliver in a fast-paced SaaS environment is also crucial, and a Workday certification is preferred. Experience with data analytics and visualization is a plus.
The Senior Systems Administrator for Workday will serve as the primary administrator for Cribl's Workday system, overseeing HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and integrations. This role involves leading the ongoing configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and health monitoring of Workday components to meet business and technical requirements. Responsibilities include leading and documenting business process discovery sessions to establish the Workday roadmap, and collaborating with stakeholders in People Operations, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into Workday solutions. The administrator will develop and maintain secure integrations between Workday and other systems, ensure data integrity through regular audits and security role management, and resolve system defects. Additionally, they will develop technical documentation, support Workday updates and new feature adoption, and train end-users on Workday functionality to promote self-service and adoption. Staying current on Workday trends and best practices to maximize the system's value is also a key responsibility.
