They should have experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business goals, and experience with workforce planning and change management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data to inform decisions are also required.
The People Operations Manager will develop and implement HR policies and programs, partner with leadership on organizational design and change management, drive people analytics and reporting, lead the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, support hiring managers and recruiters, manage employee benefits programs, drive engagement surveys and learning initiatives, manage immigration-related processes, ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws, and own and optimize People Ops tools and systems.
