Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of progressive HR/Employee Relations experience with a proven ability to manage cases independently. A deep knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices is essential, along with demonstrated expertise in conducting investigations and resolving workplace conflicts. Strong judgment, discretion, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to influence and advise stakeholders at multiple levels. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Partner II will serve as the primary point of contact for advanced employee relations issues, providing consultative support to HR Partners and business leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, accommodations, and conflict resolution. This role involves administering and overseeing all types of employee leave programs, leading impartial investigations into workplace concerns, and supporting the development and implementation of employee relations policies. Additionally, the partner will provide guidance and training to managers and employees on ER topics, monitor and analyze ER trends to mitigate risk, and prepare reports for leadership.
