Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, resourcefulness, creativity, maturity, and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

The Associate, Talent Operations will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions, and act as a culture ambassador by planning and executing company events and initiatives. They will also aid internal communications by drafting newsletters and updates, manage HR systems and data for accuracy, handle administrative tasks like I-9 verification and benefits administration, and optimize People Operations workflows using AI and automation.
