Responsibilities

The Operations Lead will manage sponsorships, prepare speaker decks, coordinate booth logistics, and support lead generation at conferences. They will also handle the new hire checklist, process accounts payable/receivable, coordinate IT setup, and manage HR basics. Additionally, they will maintain internal tools like Notion, Google Drive, and HubSpot, and take on ad hoc special projects such as building internal dashboards or generating AI-powered sales collateral.
