The People Operations Manager will own and manage payroll processes, including 401(k) funding, bonuses, and employee inquiries, using ADP Workforce Now and Insperity PEO. They will oversee employee data changes across multiple systems, administer and track equity grants, and coordinate with immigration lawyers for employment-based immigration needs. This role involves leading open enrollment, managing benefits and leave administration, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries, ensuring payroll tax compliance, and partnering with the Finance team for audits and financial planning.
