A strong understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly Medicare programs, is essential. While not required, knowledge of privacy laws is a plus, and a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) designation is preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, demonstrating exceptional communication, organizational, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels of the company.

Responsibilities

The Compliance Manager will collaborate with business units to integrate compliance best practices, develop and maintain the general compliance incident response plan, and lead the investigation and resolution of reported compliance incidents. Responsibilities include overseeing the intake and management of compliance inquiries, coordinating cross-functional teams during incident response, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all incident details. The role involves analyzing incident data for systemic improvements, developing and delivering training on reporting procedures and compliance topics, and assisting with the annual compliance audit plan and internal monitoring activities.
