Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner for managers, providing advice and support on complex personnel management issues and HR policies
  • Design and implement strategies to strengthen skills of new managers and support experienced managers in HR processes and issues
  • Exercise judgment and common sense to identify the most appropriate solutions
  • Support HRBP in improving organizational effectiveness using diagnostics, data, and deep understanding of business issues
  • Ensure proper understanding and application of HR processes by employees and managers
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deploy the One BMS culture on site and across all functions
  • Ensure smooth and consistent execution of global priorities and HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, in coordination with multi-site People Services teams
  • Participate in deploying global HR programs and processes with HRBP and COE, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Guarantee compliance with BMS HR policies and seek appropriate advice when needed
  • Promote organizational commitment to diversity as a performance lever
  • Respond to requests requiring local HR expertise in close coordination with PS, HRBP, and COE teams
