  • Execute enablement sessions and user readiness activities
  • Deliver high-quality, continuous support and reference materials to end-users
  • Utilize expert facilitation skills to guide client workshops, executive steering committees, and team sessions
  • Secure buy-in and alignment from stakeholders
  • Lead the human side of transformation across client engagements
  • Ensure high user adoption, proficiency, and sustainable utilization of technical solutions
