  • B.S. in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance and/or Project Management
  • Practical experience in aviation
  • Hands-on experience in project management of Quality or Compliance projects
  • Strong and applied understanding of metrics and KPIs
  • Familiar with AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Compliance specialist for novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
  • Take part in implementing and developing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support design, certification, manufacturing and supply chain teams to establish a Quality Management System
  • Help support problem solving activities in compliance gaps
  • Help track and trend compliance activities on a periodic basis
  • Track and report on compliance roadmap status using requirements management software
  • Take part in project management of internal audits
  • Work with Quality Management Representative to ensure the organization meets AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Safety Management Systems for compliance and oversight
