B.S. in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance and/or Project Management
Practical experience in aviation
Hands-on experience in project management of Quality or Compliance projects
Strong and applied understanding of metrics and KPIs
Familiar with AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements

Responsibilities

Act as a Compliance specialist for novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
Take part in implementing and developing a culture of continuous improvement
Support design, certification, manufacturing and supply chain teams to establish a Quality Management System
Help support problem solving activities in compliance gaps
Help track and trend compliance activities on a periodic basis
Track and report on compliance roadmap status using requirements management software
Take part in project management of internal audits
Work with Quality Management Representative to ensure the organization meets AS9100 and FAA Part 21 requirements
Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Safety Management Systems for compliance and oversight
