The Associate, People & Culture will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions. They will act as a culture ambassador by planning, organizing, and executing company events and culture-building initiatives. This role also involves aiding internal communications by drafting newsletters and company updates, managing HR data accuracy and integrity within HR systems, handling administrative tasks like I-9 verification and benefits administration, and identifying opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows using AI and automation.
