Responsibilities

  • Drive, develop, and implement HR strategies in collaboration with People team COEs and business leaders
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to achieve business results
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and implement interventions for continuous improvement
  • Advise executive leadership on strategic performance management, including leading annual compensation and calibration cycles
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development to design and deliver programs that foster employee growth, leadership development, and effective performance management
  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Human Interest’s values and promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience and implement initiatives to cultivate a high-performance culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and other employee relations issues with integrity and discretion
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to company policies
