Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment
At least 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR Partner role
Experience partnering with Tech, Product, or G&A teams in a remote, distributed environment
Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR initiatives to broader organizational goals
Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management
Strong problem-solving and innovation skills
Ability to work in a fast-moving, performance-based culture
Experience with HR systems and technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints
Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution

Responsibilities

Drive, develop, and implement HR strategies in collaboration with People team COEs and business leaders
Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to achieve business results
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation
Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and implement interventions for continuous improvement
Advise executive leadership on strategic performance management, including leading annual compensation and calibration cycles
Collaborate with Learning and Development to design and deliver programs that foster employee growth, leadership development, and effective performance management
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Human Interest’s values and promotes employee engagement and retention
Collaborate with leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience and implement initiatives to cultivate a high-performance culture
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and other employee relations issues with integrity and discretion
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to company policies
