They should have a proven track record of achieving top-of-funnel or revenue goals as both an individual contributor and a manager, and demonstrate the ability to attract, ramp, and retain top-tier talent. Strong relationships within the financial services or billing ecosystem are considered a plus.
As the Partnerships Leader, you will coach a high-performing partnership team to meet and exceed targets, identify strategic opportunities and operationalize execution for both near-term and long-term business objectives, recruit, hire, and train new partnership team members to scale team capacity and impact, collaborate with partner marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a quality customer experience and efficient lead handoff, and analyze opportunity generation metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will foster a culture of urgency, creativity, and customer-centricity within the partnerships team.
