Candidates should have proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Director or Customer Success/Partner Manager, with at least 5 years of experience working in or with enterprise health systems. A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including the dynamics and challenges faced by large health enterprises and clinicians, is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels, are also necessary. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex software solutions are important qualifications.
As a Partner Success Director, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor and offering guidance on product utilization. You will proactively identify and address clinician issues, monitor satisfaction and adoption rates, and drive engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities, conduct business reviews, present new solutions, and track customer expansion metrics. You will serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and contributing to product and service improvements, while also supporting all clinician users and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
