Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to build and manage relationships with executive stakeholders. Experience with digital product delivery and a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem are highly desirable.
As the Client Success Director, you will partner with Practice area leaders and business development leaders to establish a long-term trusted advisor relationship within the TELUS ecosystem, drive teams to provide fresh perspectives and breakthrough ideas, initiate organizational changes, and develop account strategy. You will be accountable for proposal development, articulate staffing needs, manage procurement relationships, and translate innovative ideas into revenue through rapid pilots, ultimately shaping the future of digital health.
