Requirements

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Lead will establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, influencing decision-making and advocating for customer needs. They will develop and execute multi-quarter success roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams. The role involves partnering with the Partnership Manager to ensure successful renewals and identify upsell opportunities, while also generating new leads within customer organizations. Stakeholder engagement is crucial, requiring the building of rapport with diverse stakeholders and managing escalations effectively. A significant on-site presence is expected to solidify relationships and understand the customer's operational environment.
