The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling channel programs within the cybersecurity and SaaS industries. Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in complex sales, channel, and business development at enterprise software companies.
  • Industry Focus: Proven experience in developing and executing channel strategies within cybersecurity and SaaS.
  • Partner Relationships: Deep relationships with key named National Partners (e.g., CDW, SHI, Insight, GuidePoint Security, etc.). Demonstrated ability to influence partner strategy and execution.
  • Sales Performance: Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue through channel partnerships.
  • Environment: Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong consultative selling approach with executive-level relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to develop and deliver impactful partner enablement, training, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
    • High energy, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Own and drive revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive and senior leadership at key National Partner organizations.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Identify, recruit, and activate new partners aligned with 1Password’s strategic growth initiatives.
  • Joint Selling: Lead joint selling efforts with partners, including account mapping, co-selling strategies, and pipeline development.
  • Partner Enablement: Enable and empower partners through effective sales training, marketing programs, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Leverage data-driven insights to measure partner performance, adjust strategies, and maximize success.
  • Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for partners internally.
