This role focuses on retaining and upselling clients launching on Garner’s newest employee benefit offering, collaborating with the General Manager of Health Plan Products to ensure a positive client experience and achieve desired results. The Strategic Accounts Director will be a client’s trusted strategic partner, driving improved Net Revenue Retention and other KPIs. This position reports to the General Manager of Health Plan Products.
