Wingtra is a venture-backed robotics scaleup seeking a dynamic Field Solution & Partner Enablement Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our partner ecosystem in North America. Founded more than 8 years ago at ETH Zurich, we provide efficient and reliable data solutions to various industries including mining, construction, agriculture, humanitarian organizations, and environmental monitoring. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as partner/channel enabler, sales engineer, customer success, technical trainer, or solutions consultant, or a related field.
  • Partner Enablement: Proven experience building and scaling partner enablement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience working with technical products or solutions (hardware, software, or a combination).
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading demos and speaking to diverse groups.
  • Event Coordination: Experience coordinating events and executing marketing campaigns.
  • CRM Proficiency: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams; proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot (or similar).
  • Personal Attributes: Outgoing, proactive, and highly organized, with a passion for fieldwork and willingness to travel up to 50% (primarily within the U.S.).

Plus (Preferred Qualifications)

  • FAA Part 107 certified
  • Previous experience in drone/UAV, geospatial, surveying, or construction technology industries.

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead field events, webinars, and partner initiatives to generate high-quality leads.
  • Present and operate Wingtra drone solutions during demos, webinars, and partner engagements to train and transfer knowledge to partners.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns in collaboration with regional sales managers.
  • Manage and track partner-driven sales impact using HubSpot CRM.
  • Lead and optimize Wingtra’s presence at key industry events such as ESRI, Trimble Dimensions, and CUAV.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with U.S.-based partners to drive revenue and collaboration.
