Requirements

  • Strong communicator and coordinator: Skilled in managing internal and external relationships with clarity and empathy

Responsibilities

  • Own key relationships: Build relationships with partners, understand their critical needs, workflows, and data gaps/capabilities
  • Translate customer feedback into product insights: Work with WorkUp’s product teams to understand & provide feedback on platform capabilities
  • Leverage data to drive outcomes: Integrate internal and external data sets to measure outcomes and identify opportunities to improve
  • Keep an AI-native mindset: Use the latest tools to find ways to grow personal and team impact
  • Grow our footprint: Build partner and community relationships and attend events aimed at expanding talent capture
  • Build with the founding team: Understand WorkUp’s vision, mission. Co-lead initiatives to achieve audacious goals
