Proven ability to drive compelling business strategies, go-to-market motions, and partner relationships, along with strong communication, strategic alliance leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The Partner Sales Manager will drive and nurture relationships with System Integrators (SIs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), Technology Partners, and Snowflake Sales teams to strengthen collaboration and expand the partner ecosystem in Spanish-speaking countries, with a base in Mexico. Responsibilities include building a highly effective partner ecosystem, driving growth with joint customers, executing Go-To-Market programs, establishing executive relationships, enabling partners, and delivering customer success. This involves developing joint business plans and GTM strategies with SIs, inspiring them to grow their Snowflake practices, managing the partner lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments like product development, sales, and marketing. The role also includes assisting partners with Snowflake's partner program and sales processes, monitoring partner performance against key metrics, and delivering on performance objectives.
