Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will serve as the primary contact for new partners entering CrowdStrike's technology ecosystem and manage all aspects of their onboarding, including contracts, NFR licensing, and system account setup. They will lead initial onboarding conversations to ensure partners understand integration requirements and collaborate with various internal teams such as Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Program Management. This role involves refining onboarding workflows to improve efficiency and partner experience, and presenting updates on partner onboarding performance to internal stakeholders.
