Job Description: Technology Ecosystem Onboarding Specialist

Position Overview:

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking an operational professional to join its Technology Ecosystem (Alliances) team. This role is responsible for managing and streamlining the onboarding experience for CrowdStrike's Technology Ecosystem partners. The position will own the end-to-end onboarding of associate partners, focusing on process efficiency, partner enablement, and successful integration across our Associate partner ecosystem. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced team, with responsibilities that may evolve as the ecosystem grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners entering CrowdStrike's technology ecosystem, working alongside Business Development Managers.
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding, including contracts, NFR licensing, and system account setup.
  • Lead initial onboarding conversations, ensuring partners understand integration requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Program Management teams.
  • Refine onboarding workflows to reduce time-to-integration and improve partner experience.
  • Present updates to internal stakeholders on partner onboarding performance and results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or related operational roles.
  • Understanding of technology ecosystems, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Experience with technology partner programs and/or marketplace integrations.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to document, track, and measure partner activities.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, development cycles, SDLC process, DevOps, or log management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Confluence, Asana, and Jira.
  • Background in operational roles requiring systematic tracking and reporting.
  • Experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR), Channel roles, or similar.
