Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in technical alliance management, technical program management, solutions engineering, or a similar role, with a strong technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, or cloud infrastructure. Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration is required, along with hands-on experience with CNCF products, including Prometheus, OTel, Kubernetes, and Fluent Bit.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Alliances & Program Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners, evaluate and onboard new partners, act as the primary technical point of contact for partner integrations, and collaborate with partners on co-development and product enhancements. You will drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technical projects, define project scope and timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and facilitate communication across stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver joint solutions with partners, drive strategic programs, and ensure alignment between internal goals and external capabilities.
