Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of CPG sales experience with a proven track record of driving sales for CPG brands within the Natural Channel, along with deep experience managing HQ relationships with key Natural accounts and the ability to understand and deliver to stakeholder needs at all levels of retailer organizations. Experience managing distributor partnerships with UNFI and KeHE is required, alongside strong proficiency in syndicated data platforms and metrics such as SPINS and Nielsen. Strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a bias for action are essential, as is comfort working independently while collaborating with a broader team, and a willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

The Natural Channel Sales Lead will be responsible for managing HQ relationships with Whole Foods Global and Sprouts, as well as other Natural Channel key retailers, leading strategy, forecasting, and execution across Natural Channel customers, managing distributor relationships with UNFI and KeHE, developing and optimizing trade and promotional calendars, leading retailer presentations and business planning discussions, collaborating cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing teams to unlock efficiencies and incremental growth, analyzing performance data to inform growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and supporting team development.
