At Graza, we believe that every kitchen deserves delicious, fresh olive oil to use every day, in every way. Our squeezable olive oils, Sizzle, Drizzle, and Frizzle are sold in over 15,000 retail doors nationwide, with retailers spanning Grocery, Natural, Mass, Alternative, and Club Channels. Graza is looking for a Natural Channel Sales Lead to join our Sales team, focused on driving growth across the Natural Channel, with a primary focus on Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, and key natural retailers nationwide.

Role Purpose

This role will be responsible for managing HQ relationships with Natural Channel retailers, overseeing distributor partnerships with UNFI and KeHE, managing Natural Channel broker KPIs, and developing the strategy to drive velocity, optimize trade investment, and increase Graza’s visibility and performance across the Natural Channel. The ideal candidate knows how to grow in this space, brings expertise in Natural CPG, thrives on building strong relationships, and executes with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HQ relationships with Whole Foods Global and Sprouts with high level of expertise, as well as all other Natural Channel key retailers
  • Lead strategy, forecasting, and execution across Natural Channel customers
  • Manage distributor relationships with UNFI and KeHE, from launch strategy to forecasting
  • Develop and optimize trade and promotional calendars
  • Lead retailer presentations, line reviews, and business planning discussions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing teams to unlock efficiencies and incremental growth
  • Analyze performance data to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities
  • Support team development, with the opportunity to manage people

Requirements

  • 6+ years of CPG sales experience, with a strong track record driving sales for CPG brands in the Natural Channel required
  • Deep experience managing HQ relationships with key Natural accounts, with the ability to understand and deliver to stakeholder needs at all levels of retailer organizations
  • Experience managing distributor partnerships with UNFI and KeHE required
  • Strong handle of syndicated data platforms and metrics (SPINS, Nielsen) required
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a bias for action
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a broader team
  • Willing to travel for customer meetings and industry events
  • Preference will be given to candidates that can work 4 days per week out of our satellite office in East Austin, TX, however qualified remote candidates will be considered.
  • This role reports to the Vice President of Sales.
