Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in channel sales within the technology sector, preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration. Proven success working with Technology Service Distributors (TSDs) and a track record of channel sales achievements are essential. Experience with executive-level engagements and communication is also required. The candidate must reside in the United States.
The Alliance Manager will develop regional or national partner strategies, including managing key partners, recruiting new ones, and driving sales revenue through Zoom's TSDs. Responsibilities include building business plans with TSDs to increase engagement and growth, executing sales training, providing marketing support, and tracking sales pipelines and bookings against quotas and other metrics.
