Requirements

Candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Partner Development roles, with experience in fast-paced environments and managing partner-sourced pipeline in mid-size and enterprise markets. A strong understanding of using data for decision-making, problem-solving, process design, and a bias for execution are essential. Knowledge of the Product Management or Analytics, Experimentation & Growth landscape is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Partner Sales Manager will drive revenue through collaboration with solution and technology partners in the DACH and MEA territories, prioritizing partner recruitment and building predictable sourced pipeline. Responsibilities include co-creating partner business plans, coordinating co-marketing efforts, working with sales leadership for alignment, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, partner marketing, programs & operations, and enablement. The role involves developing territory-specific partner strategies to meet pipeline and revenue targets, building partner-sourced and assisted pipeline, acting as a trusted advisor to AEs, pre-qualifying partners on opportunities, preparing partners for AE meetings, activating new partners, and tracking joint sales pipeline while providing visibility into partner-sourced opportunities.
