Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, or Program Marketing in SaaS or related industry, with a proven track record in acquisition marketing and lifecycle campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch Webflow’s Self-Serve Partner Acquisition Programs targeting freelancers and small agencies through programmatic campaigns, lifecycle nurtures, and always-on initiatives
  • Lead the acquisition of net new partners by developing and executing strategies to attract freelancers and agencies into the Webflow Partner Program through partnerships with other companies, freelancer platforms, communities, and digital marketing channels
  • Build and execute partner acquisition campaigns across marketplaces, user groups, paid media, and community channels
  • Drive activation and engagement campaigns that onboard, educate, and incentivize new partners to grow their practice on Webflow
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Partner Account Managers to align acquisition with broader ecosystem strategy
  • Develop metrics, reporting, and insights that track partner recruitment, activation, and contribution to Webflow’s pipeline
  • Collaborate with the MDF program to deliver scalable, low-lift co-marketing kits and resources that empower freelancers and agencies to participate in demand generation
