Requirements

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 8 years of combined sales and cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in channel sales with accountability for partner-led bookings and revenue targets. A solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, proficiency in multi-level channel selling environments, and familiarity with how solutions are sold and fulfilled through the channel are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills are essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce.com and G-Suite products. The role requires the ability to work remotely in a self-directed environment and travel up to 50-75% of the time, with proficiency in Zoom and other UCaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

The Channel Sales Manager will develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with new and assigned partners, while also identifying, recruiting, training, and onboarding new partners. They will communicate SpyCloud solutions and services, articulate key value points to foster partner adoption, and drive pipeline creation through effective partner engagement. Responsibilities include attending sales calls with partners, developing business plans to achieve target revenues and objectives, executing partner objectives such as deal registration goals, and measuring/reporting partner success. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the development of support materials, working with internal teams for comprehensive partner engagement, and collaborating with field marketing on events and campaigns to create interest among partners' customers. A minimum of 5 new deal registrations per week is expected.
