Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in developing partnerships and revenue-generating partner relationships, with a background in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration, or AI. A strong belief in customer-centric selling and a consultative approach is required, along with the ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation. Strong presentation, negotiation, business planning, social outreach, and brand-building skills are essential, as is a sales and program management ethos focused on trust-building and coaching.

Responsibilities

The Partner Sales Director will focus on building new partner motions to accelerate the process from legal agreement to sourcing opportunities and first joint wins. This includes scaling outbound efforts to drive awareness and engagement with prospective partners, enabling new partners to independently drive business development, and building early joint relationships with GTM teams. Responsibilities also involve driving partner research, executing recruitment plans, collaborating with internal teams to develop joint strategies, owning the path to revenue and pipeline growth for new partners, co-leading tests of new routes to market, contributing to the development of industry-specific solutions with partners, building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, cultivating executive relationships with key developing partners, and representing Dataiku at industry events.
