The Partner Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining internal processes, reporting, policies, and communications that support partner-facing teams. This role involves improving partner tools, enhancing workflows, and driving operational efficiency both internally and externally. The manager will own the partner sales process end-to-end, ensuring current processes are optimized and scalable, and will collaborate with partnerships, sales, legal, and marketing teams to scale the partner program and contribute to company growth.
