The Partner Success Manager will manage a portfolio of hundreds of partners and customers to maintain and grow business while minimizing churn. They will act as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, increase adoption, and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with contacts within partner organizations, collaborating with the team to achieve retention, expansion, and satisfaction goals, and devising creative engagement strategies.
