Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on channel strategy, partner operations, and program execution, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Define and evolve the CX channel strategy to support scaling service delivery through partners.
  • Develop partner segmentation and engagement models based on partner capability and performance.
  • Implement channel programs, including onboarding, enablement, performance incentives, and co-delivery models.
  • Design and govern the subcontracting approach to ensure scalable, high-quality CX delivery, matching external talent to demand across regions, verticals, and service types.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on partner governance, delivery models, and commercial structures.
  • Monitor partner performance and delivery outcomes, recommending optimizations to improve customer value and operational efficiency.
  • Own channel governance processes, including scorecards, reviews, and escalation paths.
  • Drive feedback loops and continuous improvement by collecting partner and internal insights to refine the channel approach.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in designing and managing channel programs with a focus on driving results and operational excellence.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing teams, with a focus on enabling team success.
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes through partner enablement and subcontractor management.
  • Deep understanding of partner lifecycle operations, from onboarding and training to quality assurance and performance reviews.
  • Ability to build from scratch and lead through influence.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and external partners around shared goals.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, or data/AI technology markets.
  • 5+ years in a program management or CX operations role, preferably supporting delivery or enablement functions.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting partner/channel programs and/or partner enablement initiatives.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, developing and managing high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Proven track record of building and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue.
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to provide strategic viewpoints and execute as needed.
