Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or data/AI technology markets, 5+ years in program management or CX operations, preferably supporting delivery or enablement functions, and 3+ years in a leadership role, developing and managing high-performing teams across multiple geographies. A proven track record of building and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue is also required, along with 3+ years of experience supporting partner/channel programs and/or partner enablement initiatives.
The Senior Manager, CX Channel Strategy will lead and develop a high-performing team focused on channel strategy, partner operations, and program execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. They will define and evolve the CX channel strategy to support scaling service delivery through partners, develop partner segmentation and engagement models, implement channel programs, design and govern the subcontracting approach, match external talent to demand, collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor partner performance, and drive feedback loops and continuous improvement to refine the channel approach.
