The Sr. Manager, Sales & Partnerships will lead local, non-digital marketing and revenue-generating initiatives, focusing on partnerships, community ticket sales, group bookings, and grassroots marketing to achieve an annual revenue goal of $1.3M per museum. Responsibilities include developing and managing a sales pipeline, building referral-based partnerships, acting as the local face of the museum, creating and managing a local ambassador program, developing and managing a street team program, representing the museum at community and tourism events, tracking offline revenue channels, analyzing campaign ROI, managing a local sales budget, and coordinating with the operations team for seamless guest experiences.
