Requirements
1+ years of experience in sales process analytics, business operations, reporting, or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Proficient in Salesforce (navigation, reporting, and processes), database management, and developing structured reports/dashboards
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, and integrations)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management
Proven ability to influence and drive change across teams, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
Strong project management skills
Comfort working with large datasets

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and key business metrics
Track and analyze daily and periodic sales operations performance
Support partner sales initiatives by identifying opportunities, creating project plans, modeling databases, interpreting analyses, and driving implementation
Drive projects from concept through closure, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and issues
Draft and manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related project documentation
Conduct process analysis, including problem definition, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong working relationships to prioritize and achieve objectives
Enhance existing tools, develop new reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations on key operational decisions
Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple global offices
Provide process improvements, operational insights, and analytics that contribute to sales strategy and execution
