Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs)
Ability to analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
Proficiency in performing gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes
Ability to create detailed, standardized process maps and workflow diagrams using industry-standard notations like BPMN
Experience developing and maintaining a central repository of process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process narratives, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to map out and document proposed "to-be" processes
Experience identifying impacted teams in order to build consensus for change
Ability to align with R&D leads on success measurement of the proposed changes
Experience collaborating with Partner Platform PM to facilitate process knowledge transfer to GSI partners
Experience preparing comprehensive "process packages" for outsourcing, including maps, SOPs, performance metrics, and exception handling protocols
Experience collaborating with Product and Product Operations to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health and effectiveness of outsourced processes
Ability to work alongside Design teams, Project Managers, and client-facing teams to model a client's existing processes and workflows
Ability to translate client pain points and business goals into concrete process requirements and future-state solution designs
