  • Willingness to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including merchants

Responsibilities

  • Own advertiser relationships and deliver personal and CMX revenue growth targets across new and existing accounts
  • Drive equity through best-in-class sales and account management
  • Hunt for Tier 3 mid-market brands, recognize upsell opportunities, tap into net new budget sources, and grow the base business
  • Prospect and onboard brands new to CMX
  • Act as the quarterback for accounts: provide strategic audience and media plans pre-sale and ensure flawless campaign execution post-sale
  • Collaborate with internal CMX teams for elevated client experiences and impressive campaign results
  • Maintain relationships with key client and agency stakeholders
  • Serve as the voice of the advertiser to influence products, processes, and roadmap
  • Balance client feedback with retail media market understanding to improve CMX offerings
  • Demonstrate command over personal numbers and update sales opportunities in Salesforce
  • Work cross-functionally with CVS merchants and teams in a coordinated fashion
