Requirements

  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent preferred (undergraduates with relevant work experience accommodated)
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • 1 year of Sales Experience in Outbound Sales and/or Inbound Sales
  • Experience with Channel, B2B sales or account management is a plus
  • Strong telemarketing, telesales, and/or hard-selling orientation
  • Strong personality is an advantage
  • Amenable to work night shifts

Responsibilities

  • Sell and manage complete range of RingCentral products and services with RingCentral Partners & Channel Managers
  • Lead Qualification and Sales Pipeline Management
  • Consultative Selling / Selling Through Curiosity when speaking with clients & RingCentral Partners
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial contact to securing the deal
  • Present products to prospective clients & RingCentral Partners
  • Provide professional after-sales support as needed to enhance customers’ satisfaction
  • Negotiate pricing & agreements to win more deals
