[Remote] Nurse Practitioner- Telehealth (Eastern Time Zone) at Devoted Health

The salary range is $115,000 - $130,000 per year.

This is a fully remote position, but it operates on Eastern Time Zone. Candidates need an active APRN license in one of the specified states: Pennsylvania, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Illinois, Hawaii, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, Arkansas, Washington, or Arizona.

Candidates must be an APRN with 3 or more years in outpatient clinical practice, hold an active and clear RN and APRN license in one of the listed states, and have active BLS certification at hire that must be maintained.

Desired experience includes primary care, family medicine, geriatrics or palliative care; performing Medicare annual wellness visits or in-home visits with elderly/Medicare patients; telehealth video visits; and understanding managed care including STARS/HEDIS measures, coding comorbidities, and identifying care gaps.
