The Field Service Engineer will install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instrument systems at customer sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing system problems, submitting service and bug reports promptly, entering work performed into the service database, maintaining accurate service spares inventory, and revising/reviewing SOPs. The role also involves demonstrating the ability to align optical systems.
