Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience is required, along with the ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Candidates must be willing to relocate within 9-12 months and be open to relocating to one of 5-7 states. Sales experience is preferred but not required. The role is remote with varied Monday-Friday work hours and requires less than 10% travel.

Responsibilities

The Inside Service Representative will build and execute business plans to meet or exceed sales goals for their assigned territory over the phone, driving territory sales performance, market share, and optimal resource utilization. Responsibilities include developing professional business relationships with customers, implementing call plans, adapting communication styles during sales calls, utilizing available technologies, and ensuring broad understanding of Alcon products and services. The role also involves deploying promotional materials, demonstrating expert product knowledge for clinical discussions, using competitor product knowledge to improve sales, allocating resources effectively, collaborating with other stakeholders, and providing feedback from customer interactions. Adherence to integrity and compliance policies, presenting a positive attitude, and actively participating in team meetings and training are also key.
