Requirements

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist will process customer orders and supplier purchase orders accurately, maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers, and troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Responsibilities include entering orders, managing delivery dates, arranging freight, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with customer agreements. They will also compare supplier costs, follow up on overdue orders, resolve invoice discrepancies, and assist with new product sales by communicating product information to customers.
