Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce with a focus on Banking and Financial Services customers
  • Uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes
  • Design new processes using UiPath platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with and orchestrate necessary resources throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Partner with sales team to define account strategy, ideate on growing our solution footprint with our customers, and identify desired business outcomes
  • Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done currently
  • Build a backlog of potential automation opportunities and quantify the value that can be unlocked
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine UiPath offerings
  • Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the UiPath GTM team
  • Provide a feedback loop into our product teams to include continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction
