Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
The Onboarding Consultant will independently deliver client implementations, primarily working with nonprofit Program Directors to implement Bonterra's software. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing custom software solutions to meet customer needs, considering their staffing, programs, previous tools, and reporting requirements. The consultant will also empower clients with the skills and confidence to manage their solutions independently. This involves acquiring and maintaining expertise in Bonterra products, uncovering customer dependencies and requirements, producing solution documents and demonstrations, leading working sessions, and building trusted relationships with client contacts. The role also requires managing project budgets and timelines, maintaining accurate project records, balancing performance targets, conducting weekly customer meetings, proactively identifying and responding to risks, and leading difficult conversations regarding project constraints.
