Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in technical implementation, solution engineering, or customer success management, preferably with SaaS or enterprise solutions. Strong project management skills, experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake), and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical configurations are required. The ability to communicate complex technical concepts, troubleshoot effectively, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. A project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager, Implementations will lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of solutions for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely project delivery. This involves developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, and milestones, collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Success Managers, product, and support, and providing expert advice on program implementation and best practices. Responsibilities also include managing customer requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation phases, providing training and documentation to customers, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing support, and collecting feedback for continuous process improvement.
