The Senior Client Success Manager will be responsible for leading a portfolio of approximately 12 large employer clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client-related needs, maintaining high levels of client engagement and satisfaction, collaborating with client leadership and internal teams, consulting clients on strategies to support working parents, and identifying and addressing root causes of challenges.
As a Senior Client Success Manager, the role involves acting as a trusted advisor and consultative partner to channel partnership teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing, managing client issues and escalations, providing strategic analysis of member engagement performance, owning communications to meet mutually agreed-upon goals, serving as the voice of the client internally, and converting clients into Maven advocates by leveraging their successes.
